Why are we doing this?: Every local authority has the statutory obligation to develop and publish a Welsh in Education Strategic Plan (WESP) which responds to seven Ministerial Priorities (Outcomes) and explains how they will develop and increase the number of Welsh speakers across the whole education sector.
