Why are we doing this?: 

Wrexham Council has an existing ICT & Digital Strategy (2020-23) that it wants to update, incorporating all the developments that have happened when using online services, especially in response to the pandemic.

What do we want to know?: 

As part of this work we are keen to find out:

  • To what extent people use the Council’s online services
  • What stops people from accessing council services online
  • What would encourage people to access more services online?
  • How our online services could be improved?
  • What support people need to help them get online?
  • How satisfied our customers are with the range of contact methods available
